Everyone!!
In Chinese medicine your health is viewed in two ways. You are either doing things to promote your health or you are doing things to decrease your health. It’s one or the other, period.
The “things” I’m referring to here are called lifestyle. When we use the term lifestyle in chinese medicine we are talking about the choices you make daily and the consequences they have on your health. For example, do you eat healthy? Do you get adequate rest? Do you exercise? Do you allow yourself some time to “unwind” before you go to bed at night?
If you answered No to all or most of these, chances are, you are out of balance and you are currently having a negative impact on your health. When our body is out of balance we tend to get sick easier, have sleep problems, suffer from all types of pain and headaches. We get irritated easily, stressed out easily, possibly have weight problems, or feel tired all the time. These and many other symptoms are indicators telling you something is not right with your body. If you experience any of these on a weekly basis you are out of balance!
Acupuncture and herbal medicine can help to restore the balance your body needs and it will help to get you on a path to better health.
Promote your health through healthy diet, adequate rest, excerise and therapies that help you maintain or acheive optimal health. You can never do enough to promote your health and if you do not have your health nothing else will matter.
If you have any questions or would like to find out how acupuncture can help you, contact us today.
